Britt's entry -
Last week, Sean got home and Jumper was sleeping in our bed. Now, normally, that wouldn't be such a big deal, right? I mean, cats like to sleep, and beds are comfortable, makes sense. The thing is, the day we brought Roscoe home in January, Jumper didn't step foot inside again.
We brought him in a few times to show him that it was ok, or to give him a break from the cold, but he struggled and tensed up and made a break for the cat door every time. The cat hasn't suffered, though. He has a nice perch on the workbench, complete with a towel over a heating pad, and, let's face it, this was his choice. Well, apparently he's changed his mind. He now walks right past the dog and into the bedroom and sets up for a nap. Go figure.
